Delivery & Substitution Policy

DELIVERY

At AMPM Florist, we are committed to providing exceptional service while delivering fresh, beautifully designed floral arrangements throughout North County San Diego.

All orders are delivered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the selected delivery date. During high-volume holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery hours may be extended up to 8:00 PM to accommodate increased demand.

While we always make every effort to honor requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our drivers operate within optimized routes to ensure efficiency and timely service for all customers.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update a delivery address:
    • Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date
    • Changes may incur additional delivery fees
    • Same-day address changes are not guaranteed

We strongly encourage customers to verify all delivery details at the time of checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered, a confirmation notification will be sent.

If you do not receive a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your selected delivery date, please contact us so we can promptly investigate your order.

Please note that occasional delays in confirmation notifications may occur and do not necessarily indicate a late delivery.

If, for any reason, we anticipate that your selected delivery date cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an update and resolution.

Holiday Deliveries

During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day:
    • Deliveries may occur as late as 8:00 PM
    • Due to extremely high volume, real-time delivery updates may be limited
    • If your order has not been received by the end of the delivery window, please contact us for immediate assistance

We appreciate your understanding during these peak periods.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh flowers, availability may vary based on:
    • Weather conditions
    • Seasonal supply
    • Market availability
    • Vendor limitations

As a result, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

Our Commitment to Quality

At AMPM Florist:

✔ All substitutions are made with equal or greater value
✔ We preserve the overall design, color palette, and style of the arrangement
✔ We maintain the premium look and feel of the original selection

If the specific container or vase is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar or upgraded option of equal or greater value.

During high-demand holidays, substitutions may be more frequent due to limited supply.
