At AMPM Florist, all sales are final.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

👉 If you are not satisfied with your arrangement:
    •    You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
    •    You may be asked to provide a photo of the arrangement
    •    We will replace the same arrangement at no additional cost
Important Notes
    •    Replacement requests are subject to availability of flowers and materials
    •    While we aim to recreate the original design, exact duplication may not always be possible due to seasonal factors
    •    Replacement arrangements will maintain the same style and value standard
