At AMPM Florist, we are committed to delivering fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements with care and on time. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be delivered on the next available business day or on the delivery date selected during checkout. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and serviceable delivery locations.

A local delivery fee of $9.99 applies to all eligible orders, with a minimum order value of $59.99 for delivery. Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During peak occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other major holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased demand. While we always strive to deliver within the requested timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Flowers are natural and seasonal products, so certain blooms or colors may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, our florists may substitute them with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, quality, and appearance of the arrangement.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a neighbor, receptionist, or concierge where appropriate, or contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient's contact details are accurate when placing your order, as additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information.

Although we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or high seasonal demand may occasionally cause delays. If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the delivery address or delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been prepared or dispatched.
